The highly successful UK company Concoat Limited has been purchased by the North American Chase Corporation, and is now part of Chase Specialty Coatings.

This acquisition is the first step in the Globalization of HumiSeal Division of Chase Corporation. Customers can therefore be assured that this acquisition will only serve to create a more unified organization that will even better serve and meet their needs. This is both in terms of technical product and sales support, as well as new product development.

As part of this Globalization, Concoat will be changing its name to HumiSeal Europe to fully reflect its integration into the group.
